Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 195 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 4 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Le Grau du Roi

Small, busy, family-friendly town, directly by the sea, 6 km from Aigues Mortes, 33 km from Montpellier, 49 km from Nîmes. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Indoor aquatic centre, thalassotherapy. Sights Casino. Access: motorway A9 Nîmes, exit number "Gallargues". This small fishing port situated around a canal, has been transformed into a famous seaside resort. Seaquarium, sea museum. Bullfighting animation in the arenas. Camargue safaris. House of the Mediterranean. Espiguette beach.

Sandy beach. Sports harbour Port Camargue in 3 km. Diving, sailing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis. Minigolf. Riding in L'Espiguette 2 km. Bicycles for hire. Leisure park.

La publicité sur votre site est mensongère, appartement sur 3 niveaux, aucune armoire de rangement, lunette voyageuse, matelas instable, aucune ventilation possible, désastreux, cet appartement devrait être retiré du marché au vu des commentaires de 2021 et 2022 par les vacanciers, aux vues des nombreuses réclamations et de l'încapacité de vos collaborateur de les satisfaire, vraiment à déconseiller

Problèmes appartement: Prises électriques non fixées au mur, frigidaire et ballon d'eau chaude trop petits, table pas adaptée au balcon, chaise fendue, porte d'entrée voilée (rester bloquer à l'intérieur plusieurs fois), cuvette WC non fixée. Problème stationnement/ voisins de la résidence: obligé de déplacer notre véhicule à l'extérieur de la résidence suite aux menaces et intimidations de ces voisins contre nous. L'accès au parking est resté bloqué et ouvert sur la fin de notre séjour.
