Kitchen/ cooking equipment: 4 gas rings, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine. Bedroom 1(floor 1, roof pitch): queen-size bed. Bedroom 2(floor 1, roof pitch): 2 x single bed. Sanitary 1(ground floor): small shower, WC. ● Please note that a late arrival fee of EUR 25 will be charged on site for arrivals after 7 pm. A fee of EUR 40 will be charged by the caretaker for arrivals after 10 pm and on Sundays and Holidays.
