Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 6 m2, west facing position. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Please note: smoke alarm. Please note: restaurant close by. Lively place in high season (summer).

Famous, historical, picturesque bathing resort with 14'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 13 km north from l'Espagne, 203 km south from Bordeaux, 315 km west from Toulouse. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, solarium, health cures, massage, thalassotherapy. A river and a bridge separate Cibourne from St Jean de Luz. Socoa is a small family-friendly beach at the furthest point on the bay. Urrugne borders St Jean de Luz. Numerous beaches. Appartement idealement situé au 2e étage du complexe La pergola. Petit balcon privé face à la mer. Logement équipé et assez grand. Tout peut se faire a pied. Parking souterrain un plus à St-Jean de Luz

Bel appartement bien situé et bien équipé particulièrement pour cuisiner. Un store sur le balcon serait appréciable. Séjour très agréable une separation entre sallede bain et chambre serait la bienvenue. La carte de parking est un atout supplémentaire Les modes d'emploi des matériels seraient les bienvenus. Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus

Petit appartement très bien placé pour profiter de la plage ainsi que de la vue sur la baie depuis la terrasse. Dommage que nous ne puissions pas en profiter le soir car elle se trouve en plein soleil et un store serait utile. Merci pour la clim qui est un atout certain en ces périodes de canicule. Un bémol cependant. La chambre qui ne possède aucune ouverture sur l’extérieur et qui est ds la même pièce que la salle de bain… Très peu de place pour circuler, un peu étouffante la nuit.

appartement très bien mais pas de rideaux 2 lucarnes chambre, place parking hauteur limitée à 1,80 m non noté sur bail mais ma voiture fait 1,85 m donc impossibilité, interhome a eu une solution première semaine mais la deuxième semaine galère.

Location très bien située, cuisine très bien équipée et vue magnifique face à la plage. Bonne literie, confortable, même le lit armoire du salon. La conception du coin nuit / salle de bain est originale, sympa (à part pour ceux qui veulent une réelle intimité). Pas besoin de voiture, tout est proche à pied. Aucun point négatif, notre séjour a été extrêmement agréable . Des oreillers et couvertures supplémentaires seraient toutefois un plus appréciable.

Loué pour la 2 ème fois, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la rénovation qui a été faite,la place de parking tout , pour que ce soit excellent il ne manque plus qu'une seule chose, un store sur la terrasse afin de pouvoir y manger le soir . Mais ce logement est tellement genialll que nous y reviendrons une 3 ème fois. Merci au propriétaire pour avoir accepté la présence de mon petit chien.

La vue depuis l'appartement est parfaite et l'appartement est bien équipé. Propreté correcte mais pas exceptionnelle à notre arrivée (malgré des frais de ménage non négligeables...). Malheureusement, nous avons été réveillés tous les matins par marteaux-piqueurs et perceuses (probablement des travaux à la thalasso juste en dessous, travaux toute la journée, toute la semaine). Dommage.

C'est la 2eme fois que nous louons cet appartement et nous sommes très satisfaits. Il est très propre, bien équipé et la vue est magnifique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , mais dommage cette année .....il fallait compter avec le bruit des travaux dans l'hôtel situé en dessous !
