Famous, historical, picturesque bathing resort with 14'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 13 km north from l'Espagne, 203 km south from Bordeaux, 315 km west from Toulouse. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, solarium, health cures, massage, thalassotherapy. A river and a bridge separate Cibourne from St Jean de Luz. Socoa is a small family-friendly beach at the furthest point on the bay. Urrugne borders St Jean de Luz. Numerous beaches. Point fort : appartement en centre ville avec toutes les commodites. Points faibles : appartement bruyant des 2 cotés (côte rue et parking) les locataires ne sont pas bien venus dans l’immeuble, ascenseur en panne, souvent le samedi quand vous devez changer les bagages et parking 4 eme sous sol. Salle de bain à refaire, à l’ancienne. Électricité non conforme, multiprises sur multiprises !!

Location très bien placée, à deux pas des rues piétonnes, de la plage, des restaurants et boutiques. Le carrefour est en bas de la location, ce qui est très pratique (et pas bruyant du tout). La résidence est calme. Malgré le fait que le balcon donne sur une rue avec de la circulation, cela n’est pas problématique du tout. Et en plus, il y a le wifi :) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le principal problème c est le bruit de la rue. Manque de store pour le soleil côté salon il fait très chaud.... Bcp de travaux dsl immeuble ! Tâche de moisissure ds les toilettes Canapé pas confortable et vieux meubles Par contre bonne literie

Spacious, very good location, only a few minutes from beach, boulanger and bars. Supermarket next door for supplies. Kitchen had no work surface so food prep difficult, cannot imagine how a family could manage. Lots of equipment in kitchen, all worked fine. Odd request to take used towels and sheets back to office at end of stay, with no transport it wasn't possible. We enjoyed our time there, but would not recommend for more than 2 or 3 people.

Appart au dieuxième étage donnant sur un carrefour passant de 2 et 4 roues très sonores (les pires sont les 125cm3 de moto cross). Avec la fenêtre ouverte il n'est pas possible de se parler ou écouter la télévision. Or il fait chaud et il n'y a pas de clim ni ventilateur.... je vous laisse imaginer... Ceci pour un prix finalement assez élevé (2000+ la semaine). Donc pas reposant, le seul plaisir est de se baigner sur la grande plage de Saint Jean de Luz qui reste une ville formidable....

Un appartement bien situé, au bout de la rue commerçante, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre historique et de la plage. Bien équipé Les lits sont bons En revanche tout est un peu vieillot, surtout la baignoire, les portes ferment mal ou grincent. L’immeuble est très sonore (on entend les voisins) et il est situé au dessus d’un carrefour bruyant mais les chambres ne donnent pas sur ce carrefour
