Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom. Gas heating. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 700 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 3 km, sandy beach "Erromardie" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Torro del fuego 2 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome à 16h, à 1 km. The owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Famous, historical, picturesque bathing resort with 14'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 13 km north from l'Espagne, 203 km south from Bordeaux, 315 km west from Toulouse. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, solarium, health cures, massage, thalassotherapy. A river and a bridge separate Cibourne from St Jean de Luz. Socoa is a small family-friendly beach at the furthest point on the bay. Urrugne borders St Jean de Luz. Numerous beaches. Logement bien placé et grand. Ce qui n à pas été au rdv : Machine à cafe>mauvais état Étendoir >cassé Lampe>cassée Clé >un double aurait été pratique quand nous sommes 6 Drap lit>en plus de les payer il faut aussi faire le les lits. Dommage que l etat des lieux ne soit pas effectué pour corriger ces détails importants au quotidien car beaucoup de potentiel dans cette location bien placée.

Large apartment for six with a small balcony about 20 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. This is a comfortable if dated apartment which was pleasant enough but, sadly, not very clean when we arrived, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Lights didn’t work, bulbs were missing and some fittings in need of repair. A hob on top of the dishwasher was surprising too. The only outside space is a small balcony that could not seat 6 even if there was furniture. BBQ not possible

Interessant eingerichtet, viel Platz in der Wohnung, 2 Bäder, schöner Ausblick auf Garten mit Palme und St. Jean de Luz. WiFi ging leider die ganze Woche nicht und die Terminvorschläge bzw. Vorschläge von Interhome, den Schlüssel zu hinterlegen waren nicht umsetzbar. Die Wege zu den Stränden sind in beide Richtungen ca. 1,3 km lang. Nächster Supermarkt zu Fuß ebenso. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel. Die Stadt St. Jean ist sehr hübsch. gute Möglichkeiten, mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen.

L'appartement est spacieux pour 5 personnes. Il est confortable et l'équipement très bien achalandé. L'emplacement est idéal : 5 minutes du jardin botanique et du coucher de soleil, 10 minutes d'une plage, 15 minutes du casino (mais attention, ça monte sur le chemin du retour)
