Location Description Hendaye

Small bathing resort with 13'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, in a valley, situated at the foot of a mountain, 15 km from Saint Jean de Luz, 2 km from Irun (Espagne), 37 km from Bayonne. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, folklore evenings, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, thalassotherapy. Hendaye-Ville is on a hill, 2.5 km from Hendaye-Plage. The river Bidasoa separates the town from Spain. Hendaye-Plage is ideal for children. Surfing and boarding. Arrivals should go to the St Jean de Luz office.

Summer

All watersports available in Hendaye-Plage. Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities. Outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Sports harbour. Diving, surfing, canoeing. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Chantaco 17 km. Minigolf. Fishing. Mountain hikes. From the harbour, it is possible to take a boat shuttle to Henday/Fontarrabia (Spain), departures every 30 minutes in High Season.

If you are booking this apartment you need to be aware of the huge inconvenience to collect the key. It is a 25min drive away & and unbelievably difficult to park. I had to drive in circles for 30 mins before finding a parking space and it wasn’t even high season. Most places these days provide a key box which would be much more convenient. The apartment was nice enough but needed a good clean. Particularly bedrooms under the bedside tables near the plugs. One of the lounge chairs was broken.

Wir sind in die Unterkunft gekommen und waren echt enttäuscht. Sauber nenne ich anders. Auf den Betten waren überall Haare und Staub auf den Fußböden. In einem Zimmer schwarzer Schimmel die Wand lang. Ich kenne andere Wohnungen die viel sauberer waren. Wir kommen aus Deutschland vielleicht anderes gewöhnt aber so etwas geht garnicht selbst das Besteck viel immer auseinander und Töpfe dreckig. Diese Unterkunft würden wir nicht wieder mieten oder empfehlen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht

L'appartement manque entretien intérieur et extérieur. Le ménage n'est pas vraiment soigné. La cuisine manque un peu de petits matériels : dessous de plats, machine Sensée.... L'heure de réception de l'appartement n'a pas été respecté, nous avons attendu 1h de plus. Le personnel de l'agence Inter hom de St Jean de Luz est très aimable, dommage qu'il faille y aller pour prendre et donner les clés.

Si nous avons été conquis par l'emplacement, en front de mer, la vue, qui va d'Hondarribia aux 2 jumeaux et par l'espace dans l'appartement, nous avons été déçus par son état : équipé a minima, avec une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas dans une chambre et une propreté douteuse sur la partie des sols en lino. Dommage car l'emplacement est superbe. Appartement à rénover donc et à mieux équiper.

Heerlijk appartrment, schoon, praktisch en leuk ingericht. Alles op loopafstand, prachtig uitzicht. De parkeerplek is wel smal, hebben een grote auto past net. Maar evengoed fijn dat het op eigen terrein is. Goede uitvalbasis voor San Sebastian, Biarritz e.d Team van interhome heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Je ne peux que vous conseillé cet appartement , tout y est , l'emplacement , l'agencement , la propreté du logement. tout est pensé pour passer un excellent séjour. J'y reviendrais sans hésiter. De plus l'accueil de l'agence a été des plus agréables.

Très belle appartement bien situé, mais la propreté laisse à désiré , lave vaisselle pas vidé, Vitre pas faite, manquait une alèse nous avons pris celle dans le canapé (déja ) servie mouche crevée a l'intérieur, lampe grillé dans le couloir. enfin pas top.

Nous sommes désolés qu’il vous ait manqué le protège-matelas, mais contents que vous ayez pu utiliser la housse du canapé-lit à la place. L’ampoule défectueuse a été remplacée. Par ailleurs, les clients sont toujours invités à contacter nos collègues sur place si le ménage n’est pas à la hauteur de leurs attentes afin que l’équipe de nettoyage puisse être envoyée de nouveau. Appartement bien équipé, en très bon état. Manque un peu de vaisselle mais cela reste un détail. La place de parking est très étroite. Sinon super appartement face à la mer. Remise des clés à St Jean de Luz donc nécessite un crochet sur la route ce qui n'est pas super pratique.
