50 km east of Varkaus, Lake Saimaa/Säynelahti Bay 110 m, hard, gently deepening sanded gravel-clay bottom, pier and rowing boat. Hand carved log cabin 1950, totally renovated and inner side paneled 2014. Combined kitchen-living room, downstairs alcove (5 m ², no window) with double bed, upstairs loft with 2 single beds, steep and narrow stairs to the loft, sauna, toilet and shower cubicle in the washroom. Fine, large covered terrace 50 m². Tumble-dryer and air source heat pump. Pets allowed for additional fee (fee per pet). The field between the cottage and the lake has plenty of space to walk the dog. Cottage in rocky slope, yard in natural state, below field area and 100 m² flat area for example yard games. Path to the shore goes through the fields. Campfire site on the shore. Local road goes 30 m from the cottage, trees and shrubs between cabin and road. The roar of the rapid Säynätkoski can be heard (distance 300 m). Rowing boat and 4 life jackets for free use. Children's playground, playing field and grill shelter in general use in 500 m from the cabin (free to use also for cabin clients).
