58 km north of Savonlinna, Lake Ruunavesi 25 m (length 10 km, width 800 m), part of the Lake Saimaa waterway, fairly shallow, hard moraine bottom, pier, own boat. Wooden cottage 2004, living room/kitchen 2 extra beds, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom double bed, dressing room, washroom, sauna (wood-heated stove), hall, open porch. There is wireless internet-connection in the cottage (4 G) A maximum of 2 pets allowed, additional pet fee. Excellent view to Ruunavesi (Lake Saimaa). High standard log cottage identical to cottage no. 7588, these being neighbours (distance about 70 m). There is no other cottages near. Slope to shore. The hot tub is available year-round. Owner can heat the hot pot upon request. All floor surfaces are tiled stone and as a form of heating is underfloor heating. Fireplace brings warmth and cosy atmosphere in living room. Information about fishing in the cottage, additionally separate place for fish processing and grill hut. Owner hires out outboard motors (4 hp) for rowing boats and fishing boats (with steering control, electric start and sonar). Moose (elk) and small game hunting possible (note licences). In the area there is a campfire site and lean-to. Nature paths, sledding hill and campfire site in the area are in the guests free use. On opposite shore to cottage approx. 500 m away is Hyväsalmi road bridge. Kolovesi National Park 15 km, Linnasaari National Park 25 km, Savonlinna 58 km, Enonkoski 26 km, Kerimäki 58 km.
