145 km northwest of Helsinki. Artificial pond 40 m (length 100 m, breadth 50 m), deep, sanded mud bottom. Small boat in shared use with cottage 7299. Log cabin 1996, living room/kitchen, a small bedroom with bunk bed. Upstairs double bed and two separate beds, washroom, sauna, open veranda. Entry to sauna, washroom and toilet through veranda. Garden swing, childrens swing, barbeque shelter. A total of 4 bicycles available for guests of the two cottages, inquiries from the owner. The owner has the option to collect a 150 e key/cleaning deposit upon the customer's arrival. The payment will be returned when everything is in order on departure. Nice log cottage on a sunny plot in a quiet country side. A slope from the cottage to the pond. There is cottage 7299 By the same pond. Both cottages has own beach and yard. There are trees and a wood shed between these two cottages. There are walking paths near the cottage. From the cottage can go hiking to Koijärvi nature tower, distance 6 km. Local meat shop (Paijan lihapuoti) is open on Fridays 11-17, distance 5 km. Skiing track in Urjala, distance 7 km. The nearest restaurant is 6 km away. Urjala Market is a popular summer market on Fridays from 7 am to 2 pm (if Friday is a public holiday, the market is on Thursday). There is a floodlit ski trail in the Urjala Asema area, about 7 km away. Experience Garden Pölkinvuori 8 km. Vesihelmi swimming hall in Forssa, distance 23 km. Lempäälä Idea Park, distance of approx. 60 km, there is also for example indoor swimming pool-spa Vesimaailma Louhi. The Forssa region has a vibrant and diverse summer theater scene.
