At Nipastahko area, 5 km from Tahko centre and slopes situated, pleasant high standard apartment in a semi-detached house. Apartment is built-up 2006 and it is renovated, afresh furnished in the end of 2010, and it is 95 m² + 25 m² loft. In ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 separate beds, kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace,spacious electric heating sauna and big terrace. in washroom WC and also other separe Wc is situate in groung floor. On the loft there are one spacious bed room with 4 single beds, WC residence with second TV and sofa-be for 2 persons. In upstairs stairs is doorway for children. Cottage can be rented maximum for 10 persons. Another entry to utility room. Hot tub can be rented from owner for 150€ extra cost. Payment is paid to owner by cash on spot. Caretaker fills up, heats and cleans the tub. Hot tub use must order at least one day advance from owner. Half of a pleasant semi-detached Alppituulahdus house unit made of good quality materials. Holiday apartment is in peaceful cottage area,Good “base camp” near Tahko resort for a family with children or couples . Yard area is natural state, isn´t treated in the summer. Renoveted upstair´s separate bed room offer peacefull place for children sleeping, when parents continued get-together. In upstairs separate WC. 5 km to the slopes. Lake Syväri 0,2 km, Nilsiä 8.5 km, Kuopio 56 km. Obligatory final cleaning will be added to every reservation. We recommed to order bed linen (sheets and towerls) advance from us during reservation. If them won´t order, must clients absolutely bring own bed linen with them and us them. Children’s packet, baby cot, high chair and potty. Pets aren´t allowed.
