Ski trails, snowmobile trails, and other activities are located right next to the apartment, access straight from the front door. 26 km to the north from Kuusamo, distance to the Ruka village (West-Ruka) is 1,4 km by car, and 500 m by foot. Holiday apartment, built in 2008, on the ground floor of 2-storey loft house by the lake Talvijärvi. Bedrooms 1-2: 2 beds, living area: sofa bed, living room/kitchen, electric sauna. More information: There is a water-circulated floor heating in the apartment. Guests of the apartment can use shared laundering/drying area located in the basement of the house. In the basement, there is also a shared ski maintenance room. Swimming possibility in the lake Talvijärvi, in winter ice swimming possibility.
