Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Holiday home Siika is a stylish and modernly equipped holiday home located on a beautiful sandy beach in Hailuoto. It is located in the Pöllänlahti cove, surrounded by a few other cottages, but still offers a peaceful and private environment for relaxation. The property is an ideal choice for both summer and winter use. The villa has been designed to provide comfort for all visitors, including those in wheelchairs. There is a wheelchair ramp by the front door, which allows for barrier-free access to the villa. The interior is spacious and bright. The living room has large windows that offer stunning views of the beach and the sea. The beach is just a short walk away, so you can easily swim, sunbathe and enjoy the sandy scenery of the beach. The villa has an open kitchen with a sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the loft. Please note that the stairs leading to the loft are very steep. Sauna and washroom/toilet. There is a covered terrace on the shore. Siika-käkki's location in the beautiful national landscape of Hailuoto offers opportunities for many outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling and fishing. Hailuoto is also known for its fantastic bird watching and attracts nature lovers from all over the world. A significant part of the island is part of the Natura 2000 program. Key values include the diversity of birdlife and habitats, valuable traditional landscapes, endangered and protected plant species, diverse landforms, birdwatching and other recreational uses, hunting and fishing (www.luontoon.fi). Hailuoto is the largest island in the Bay of Bothnia, with an area of 200 square kilometers. It is located off Oulu, about 7 km from the mainland. During the summer, there are free ferries to Hailuoto every ½ hour. The ferry ride takes about half an hour. In the winter, the ferry runs less frequently. Marjaniemi fishing village services and lighthouse 13 km. Pets (max 3) are allowed for an additional fee, fee is per pet.
