Owner is entitled to charge a security deposit of € 150 from the client in advance to cover possible damages or the non-performance of obligations on the part of the client. The owner will return the security deposit to the client's bank account after the reservation. Damage repairs and the cost of extra cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit. Reservation starts at 16.00 and ends at 12.00.
