In addition: dishwasher, water boiler and toaster, 2 x tv. There is also a ski maintenance room with a rack for 2 skis and an iron. Size 65 m² of which 13 m² on the loft. Good quality duplex apartment located in the Ylläsjärvi village new cottage area near the Maisematie scenic road. Location ideal for wintersports. Pets are allowed for extra price. Prices include final cleaning, bed linen are available for rent.
