40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi 3,5 km, swimming beach 5,5 km. Wooden row-house apartment, built 2008. Livingroom/kitchen, three bedrooms each with two separate beds, loft (10 m²) with four separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet and separate toilet. No fireplace (although one can be seen in the floor plan). Basement level: utility room+ toilet, heated garage. Good quality row-house apartment located in Iso-Ylläs area near Condola and Restaurant Taiga. Location ideal for hiking and winter sports with skiing tracks and ski lifts only a few ski-pole pushes away. Pets are allowed. Extra fee for pets, max. 2 pets/ booking. Bed linen available for rent. Basement floor is partly unfinished and not in official use, but can be used.
