The holiday villa has a space of 95 m² on one floor, bright living areas and a well-equipped kitchen. A total of four spacious bedrooms, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: double bed, bedroom 3: 2 x separate beds, bedroom 4: bunk bed. The cabin has WC/shower. Large covered terrace area with lake view. In the courtyard is a separate beach sauna building that offers complete relaxation and in winter you can admire the northern lights. The beach sauna has a ready-made electric stover, shower and dressing room. Villa Kesäranta is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday in the middle of Lapland's nature. Your own beach guarantees peace and privacy. The distance to the neighbor is approx. 40 m. Tap water comes from a well. Please note reasonable water consumption, so that there is enough water for all customers - thank you. The owner brings drinking water separately, 60 l. Charging electric cars and hybrid cars is prohibited at this location. Bed linen and final cleaning can be ordered for an additional fee.
