170 km north of Rovaniemi, located in Levi Tourist Centre in area Niesta. Wooden/stony villa on two floors, built in 2003. On ground floor living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, sauna (“ever ready” electric stove), washroom (2 showers), WC, hall and big veranda (70 sqm). Upstairs: loft, 1 bedroom with 2 beds. 1 bedroom with 2 beds, notice! bedrooms window is to living area and view of living area through gable windows to the hills. 1 bedroom with 3 beds, WC and balcony. Complete entertainment electronics: 2 televisions, cable-TV, DVD home cinema kit, stereo, soundbar, subwoofer. Two drying cupboard for clothes. Internet connection (4 G). It is not allowed to bring hot tub on the plot. High standard villa nearby slopes and ski trails. Levi Tourist Centre with all services 3.9 km away, distance along trail 1,8 km. From terrace of villa Pirkkalinna can be directly skied downhill to substation of Viitoshissi, distance ab. 100 m (natural snow slope, lift station open usually at weeks 7-18). There is also a grill hut in public use there and it's open usually during the opening hours of the slope nr 5. Please notice that charging electric car is not allowed. Illuminated ski trail is visible through the forest (about 50 m). Northeastern slope and restaurant along the road 1 km, on foot or on skis about 500 m. Golf course 1 km (walking about 500 meters).
