Cranberry C4 is situated on the first floor of the building right in the heart of Levi. This brand-new apartment combines a convenient location with comfort. All necessary services are within walking distance, making access easy for both those arriving by public transport and those traveling by car. One notable feature of the apartment is its proximity to the Glacier Express lift. In addition, the ski storage space is only 15 meters from the door. This makes access to the ski slopes extremely convenient and quick. The perfect holiday is crowned by the outdoor hot tub on the terrace, which allows guests to relax at any time. You can enjoy the stunning views and perfect relaxation in the hot tub, spending time with friends or family. Please follow the hot tub instructions to prevent damage; guests are responsible for any incurred. The open kitchen-living area of the apartment features a practical sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. Two bedrooms with double beds in each (can be separated into two beds). The sauna and shower room are ideal places to relax and refresh. There is also a WC in the shower room. Additionally, the apartment has another separate WC and a practical utility room with a water point, washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet. This facilitates convenient daily tasks even during your stay. The practical facilities of the house are designed with holidaymakers' needs in mind. The easy-to-use sports equipment storage and maintenance room ensures that skiing gear or other activities run smoothly. the ski maintenance room is with a rack. There is also a ski storage cabinet for each apartment. Additionally, guests have access to a parking space in the warm underground garage of the building. Electric car users can conveniently utilize a Plugit charging point located next to the parking space. The building's high-quality gym is freely available to guests near the apartment, on the opposite side of the corridor. Illuminated ski trails, and slope services, including equipment rental, are nearby. Spa, program services, and restaurants are within easy reach. There is a construction site on the area beginning from 2022 and it will last several years. The Cranberry building was completed in December 2023. The building has an elevator.
