Shore sauna (30 m²), room with fireplace, washroom, H&C water, shower, wood-burning sauna stove. Gently sloping plot with birch trees, suitable for children. Shore faces south-west. Roofed grill has electricity and slate oven. Neighbours not visible. Owner rents out bicycles, outboard motor (2.5 hp) and skiing equipment (skis, ski shoes) and canoes (2).
