A well equipped villa (built in 2000) on the beach of Pieni Jormasjärvi, Sotkamo. Living area 103 m². Well equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace. Two bedroon in downstaris, one with twinbed and one with separate beds for two. Upstairs there is a bedroom for 4 persons (twin bed and separate beds for 2). Open balcony with sofa bed for 1-2 persons. 2 x wc, 2 x shower, sauna (electry heated). Terrace, gas barbeque use on summertime. There is a barbeque place on the beach. Extra: Plug for a car. Internet access.child equipment: high chair and travel bed, if needed. Sotkamo 15 km, Kajaani 30 km, Holiday Club Katinkulta Spa ja Golf 10 km. A child friendly beach. Peacefull location by the shore of a lake surrounded by pine forest. Here you are able to fish, hunt, pick berries and mushrooms, go rowing with a boat to the lake and calm yourself in the heart of a beautifull Finnish nature. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 12 noon, also in every weekend bookings. Price includes final cleaning and bedlinen. NOTE: Pets are not allowed!
