High-quality gable apartment in three-apartment row house, built in November 2021. Location is ideal; close to Vuokatti ski slopes and area's services. Total area is 71 m², on one floor. A wonderful view to the pond from the spacious living room/kitchen, high windows and glazed 15 m² terrace. Kitchen / dining and living area, three bedrooms with sliding doors, 9 m² bedroom with double bed, 7 m² bedroom with two single beds and 5 m² bedroom with bunk bed (extra bed underneath the bunk bed). Drying room, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom/WC and separate toilet. Car shelter in front of the apartment, possibility to charge electric car (8 kW, extra charge, MobilePay). Additional information: Internet = fiber optical connection, iron and ironing board. Additional equipment for families with small children: high chair for a baby, travel bed and potty. Pleasant steam of the sauna is provided by the pillar-style electric sauna stove (Harvia Cilindro brand) and the cooling on the spacious glazed terrace completes the sauna experience. Of course, a good holiday includes outdoor life and activities. Facilities are just around the corner. Just put skis on your feet, and you can start skiing directly from the yard. Well-maintained and illuminated ski trails are waiting. Everything else is within a short walk, including ski slopes, snowmobiles safaris, adventure park, hiking trails, fishing, swimming areas, spa and shopping center and much more. Vuokatin Loiste is the choice of a responsible holidaymaker. Wood-built house, heating technology based on air source heat pumps, LED lighting and electric car charging make the destination ecological and energy efficient. For those arriving by electric car, there is a possibility to charge the car in car shelter. A small fee (8 kW, MobilePay) will be applied. Final cleaning is always included in the price of your stay. Bed linen can be pre-ordered or rented on site. Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment, so guests with allergies can also have a safe holiday here. The holiday apartment is at your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.
