This separate luxury holiday villa was completed in 2011. Located in silent place in Vuokatti, near by the ski tracks and hiking routes. Villa Sofia is 2-storey villa, living area 140m². There is wide combined living room & kitchen, fire place, two bedrooms on 1st floor: both with beds for two. Utility room, sauna (electric heating), washroom/toilet and separate toilet. On 2nd floor there is a two bedrooms with beds for two. Shower and toilet alson on the 2nd floor. Terrace. Estra: For a baby: High chair and bed. 2 x Tv (satellite channels). Internet access (wireless), plug for a car. Kajaani 30 km, Sotkamo 9 km, Vuokatti ski slope 3.5 km, cross country track 100 m. Hiking routes 100 m. Holiday Club Katinkulta spa/golf about 5 km. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. No pets allowed. Note: cottage price includes only one box of firewoods.
