Living area 114 m²; combined living room & kitchen, sauna (electric heating), washroom with two showers and toilet. 4 bedrooms: three bedrooms with twinbed and one bedrooms with separate beds. Two extra beds in bedrooms and one sofabed (140 cm) for 1-2 pers, total bed places for 10+2. Shower/toilet also on the 2nd floor. 4 x Tv. Air conditioning. Open terrace and storage for skies. 4 x Car heating plugs. For a baby: high chair and travel bed, also the child safety gates on the stairs. Terrace with furnitures and barbeque use on summertime. Vuokatti ski slope 3.5 km, Sotkamo 9 km, Hiukka beach 9 km (in Sotkamo), nearest lake 1 km. Kajaani 30 km, cross country track 150 m. Holiday Club Katinkulta / spa 5 km. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. NOTE: Price NOT inc. final cleaning. Price NOT inc. linen (sheets and towels).
