Located in the idyllic countryside of Kainuu, Ruokolan Kartano is Vuokatti's largest villa, 550 m². Equipped with a sauna section and a hydro massage bath, this main building of the manor, which was renovated in 2023, is perfect for family vacations, companies, and as a party venue for parties of up to 100 people. Ruokolan Kartano can accommodate 18 people at the basic price, but if the number of visitors is larger than that, ask Lomarengas customer service for the party price separately. Various program services and catering can be booked from the owner. Please make a reservation at least a week before. The facilities include 6 bedrooms in the same building, all of which have separate beds for 2, and in addition, 3 bedrooms also have bunk beds x 1 per bedroom. Modern meeting room, party room with benches and tables and tableware for up to 100 people. Kitchen with good cold storage facilities, sofa group / living room, 5 x toilets, sauna (with electric stove), showers x 2, hydro massage bath in the sauna section, laundry room, hallway with hand shower. For active enthusiasts, there is a ski maintenance room and a snowmobile trail in the yard. In addition, a lot of parking space, e.g. for cars/trailers. Karaoke equipment, Wi-fi. NOTE with an additional order, the possibility of 4 x extra beds (á 36.40 e / day / person), reservations through Lomarengas customer service, thank you. Extra beds are normal beds that can be placed either in bedrooms or in meeting rooms. Vuokatti 6.9 km, Sotkamo 10 km, Kajaani 40 km. Snowmobile trails next door. Ruokola manor house is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. The rental price includes final cleaning and free use of the hydro massage bath indoors. Bed linen can be ordered for an additional fee of €20.80 /person/set, bedding €26.00 /person/set. No pets.
