This apartment in semi-detached house located in Vuokatti ski centre was completed in 2001. Floor area 60m², loft 35 m². On the ground floor there is combined living room & kitchen, one bedroom with separate beds for two, sauna (electric heating), washroom and toilet. Upstairs there is loft vestibule with separate beds for four and alcove with 120cm bed. Terrace and babrwque (gas, use only on summer time). Fireplace. The apartment has an electric car charging station. Pulsar plus, charging cable: type 2. Charging for one car is included in the price of the cottage. Note: There is a video surveillance on that property yard (parking area). Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 8 km. Final cleaning and linen not included in price. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. No pets allowed.
