Very cozy log cottage near by the lake Kusianjärvi in Sotkamo (30 km). Own beach, pier, 2 x boat. Huotarin mökki is built -76, renovated -16. Living area 70 m2, kitchen, living room with 2 sofa bed (max 4 persons), bed room with twin bed and one separate (80cm) bed. Toilet, washroom/shower, wooden heated sauna. Terrace. Barbeque hut. Wood storage. Huotarin mökki is very nice location for the small families, couples or persons who likes nature and silences. Good options for fishing. Possible ski, hiking and bikes. Note: water is not drinkable, owner bring the drinking water. Washing water comes from the lake (water pipe). Christmas- and New Year-time booking includes Christmas tree. Bed linen and final cleaning at extra service. Pets are allowed at extra price. Check in at 16, check out at 12, also in weekend bookings.
