A spacious, two-story, high-quality holiday apartment, 160 m² + 35 m2 heated game room, located in the Ukkohalla tourist center on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi. Built in 2009. An open kitchen directly connected to the living room. A fireplace in the living room. 5 bedrooms, three of which are upstairs and two downstairs. Electric sauna, washroom, 2 separate toilets (1 upstairs and one downstairs), dressing room, wind closet, large outdoor terrace with charcoal grill, dock with swimming ladder and shared boat. A drying cabinet in the hall and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. In the downstairs bedrooms, one has 2x80 cm beds and the other has a 160 cm wide double bed. The two bedrooms on the upper floor have 2x80cm beds/room and the third bedroom has 5x80cm beds + 2 foam mattresses and a travel cot. In the heated game room in the basement (access from the outside) you can find billiards, ping pong and a dart board, as well as a TV to which you can connect your own game console or laptop via HDMI connection. In the summer, there is also a dartboard on the terrace in front of the game room. Location at the end of the property road, close to the ski slope, downhill slope, toboggan route and other services. Own parking area in the yard that can accommodate several cars. Whether your travel plans include an activity-filled day at the Ukkohalla resort or a get-together by the beautiful, clear-water lake with saunas, barbecues, outdoor activities and games, you are welcome in Uulanlinna! Ukkohalla: Tourist center located on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, with area information, shop, restaurant, spa, slope center, snowmobile trails, ski slopes, program services, beach (more information www.ukkohalla.fi). Bed linen is included for the stated number of people. Additional persons will be charged a separate linen fee. Pets not allowed, good view of the slopes and Lake Syväjärvi. NOTE! The car heater requires a long extension cord!!
