Single-family house, built in 1979. 25 km from the sea. Private: property 873 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (70 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Toftlund

Quiet village with 3'300 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region 30 km from the sea, in the countryside, 23 km north-east from Skærbæk, 60 km south-east from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna at 10 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 35 km. Sights Ribe VinkingeCenter 27 km, Kids' club Legoland 75 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Lakolk, Rømø 40 km. Sandy beach, 10 m long, up to 900 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 40 km from the resort. Surfing. Tennis, golf course. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Geweldig huisje en prachtige rustige omgeving! Alles wat je maar kan bedenken is aanwezig in het huisje. Van bestek, servies, tot boeken. Speelgoed en spellen voor de kinderen. Dus ben je iets vergeten mee te nemen geen probleem. Ook buitenshuis is alles er voor ons (zelfs fietsen) maar ook de kinderen. Ruime omheinde tuin (wel opletten voor teken) met vele fijne zithoeken. Kortom een topvakantie gehad hier! Enige tip; de matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. En het aanwezige beddengoed en kussens vol vlekken.

Dejligt og velindrettet sommerhus på roligbeliggenhed - samtidig med at det var tæt på butik, svømmehal, minigolf og alt det andet, som vi elsker ved området. Dejligt med dvd og tv-pakke, da vi havde en dag med syge børn, hvor vi så bare hyggede hjemme i huset. Lidt ærgerligt at der ikke var kort til svømmehallen, men den er heldigvis ikke så dyr at besøge. Det er dog første gang vi har oplevet at der ikke var det i området. Pyt - vi havde en skøn uge.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie og var på flere ture rundt i Sønderjylland. Huset er mørkt inden for og det har en lugt af indelukket, gammelt hus/skimmelsvamp. Lugten er ikke til at komme af med trods megen udluftning. Synes ikke, at lejeprisen stemmer overens med husets kvalitet.

Flott hytte med stor fin tomt som inviterer til lek og moro. Jeg synes det var flott å komme inn i boden å finne, ikke lete etter ting. Alt var organisert på en flott måte og viste for meg at eiger liker å ha ting iorden. Dette gjenspeiler seg inni hytta og eiendommen også. Kort avstand til svømmehall og butikk. Jeg kunne gjerne lånt dette huset igjen en annen sommer. Tusen takk for en fin uke. Hilsen Ronny med familie.
