Single-family house, built in 1977. 29 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 850 m2. Barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 1.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Toftlund

Quiet village with 3'300 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region 30 km from the sea, in the countryside, 23 km north-east from Skærbæk, 60 km south-east from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna at 10 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 35 km. Sights Ribe VinkingeCenter 27 km, Kids' club Legoland 75 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Lakolk, Rømø 40 km. Sandy beach, 10 m long, up to 900 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 40 km from the resort. Surfing. Tennis, golf course. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Dejligt lidt ældre hus som har en fin størrelse til en børnefamilie eller til 4 voksne. Huset er velinrettet med nye hvidevarer og et avanceret tv. Sommerhusområdet er kæmpestort, men er meget bevokset med gammel skov, så man nærmest ikke fornemmer naboerne. Hvis i ikke har behov for hav i gåafstand, kan huset og området kun anbefales.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung,Es war alles Vorhanden.In der Toilette muß der Fußboden mal erneuert werden.Die Terrasse hinten ist sehr schön,aber es fehlt ein Tisch und Stühle.Am Haus fehlt die Farbe.

Huset ligger dejligt ugenert og vi har haft en herlig ferie. Området er skønt og vi har haft huset som base for mange udflugter i det Sønderjyske og også et par ture syd for grænsen, bl.a til Niebüel og til Nolde's museum med den smukke have ( den er dog smukkere i september).Vi købte dobbeltbillet, så kunne vi også besøge Tønder Museum og dermed spare penge. Vi kan kun anbefale en ferie i Arrild.

Das Haus ist zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Innenbereich haben wir nichts vermisst. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einen kleinen Abstich müssen wir im Bad machen. Die Dusche hatten wir so nicht erwartet. Ein paar Gartenstühle an der Feuerstelle wären auch gut gewesen, da bringt die Bank-Tisch Verbindung nicht viel. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und nicht gut einsehbar, was hier ein Vorteil ist. Alles in allen ein schöner Auffenthalt.

Goed gelegen, in vakantiepark maar dat was niet te merken in de zin van dat je genoeg privacy had; het huis was rondom met groen omgeven. We hadden wel even problemen met de waterafvoer. Na 2x vragen werd het wel opgelost maar we lazen het toevallig ook in de commentaar van de vorige bewoners, dus dat had vooraf in orde moeten gebracht zijn. De slaapkamers zijn wel heel klein. Keuken goed uitgerust.

Alles in allem ein, zwar sehr altes aber, charmantes und Haus und Anwesen. Leider wurde die Wohnqualität durch einen sehr muffigen Geruch sowie durch eine nicht richtig funktionierende Abwasseranlage beeinträchtigt. Wenn man im WC die Spülung mehrmals betätigen muss, oder duscht, kam das Abwasser in Küchenspüle und Duscheinlauf hoch. Dieser Zustand ist hygienisch nicht vertretbar und sollte dringend repariert werden. MfG
