Single-family house, built in 1980. 31 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (20 m2), barbecue, parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Toftlund

Quiet village with 3'300 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region 30 km from the sea, in the countryside, 23 km north-east from Skærbæk, 60 km south-east from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna at 10 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 35 km. Sights Ribe VinkingeCenter 27 km, Kids' club Legoland 75 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Lakolk, Rømø 40 km. Sandy beach, 10 m long, up to 900 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 40 km from the resort. Surfing. Tennis, golf course. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Fint hus i gammel 70-80er stil Fyldt af blade på terasse Meget ukrudt på fliser Skorstensfejer dukkede pludselig op. Beskidte vinduer. Tv fungerede ikke selv om manuel blev fulgt, men der var chromcast i tv’et 👍 Men alt i alt fin oplevelse, kønt område og Sønderjylland er bare smukt 👍 Vh Jens Chr olsen Tlf 20611468 Et lille afslag burde man få grundet fejl og mangler. 500-600 kr.

Das Haus hat diverse Mängel. Dieses Haus würden wir nicht wieder buchen.

Beim Betreten des Hauses kam u... Kay S.

Beim Betreten des Hauses kam uns sofort ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Extrem war das im Schrank unter der Spüle. Dieser ließ sich leider nicht richtig schließen. Das Haus konnte leider nicht richtig geheizt werden. Weder mit den Heizungen noch mit dem Kamin. Die Fußbodenheizung im Bad wurde nicht richtig warm, obwohl wir sie auf Max gestellt hatten. Im Badezimmer haben wir keine Steckdose gefunden. Die Schiebetür im Wohnzimmer konnte nicht richtig bewegt werden. Außerdem schloss sie nicht richtig, so das dort immer kalte Luft hineinzog. (Ich kann Ihnen gern ein Bild davon zukommen lassen) Die Bettdecken und die Kissen waren sehr verdreckt.

God ferie i uge 29. 4 voksne. Huset er ikke super nyt og der mangler lidt vedligehold, det afspejles i prisen. Vi vil fremhæve grillen, Weber Performer, den er om end ældre, fuld funktionsdygtig. Vi spiste grillmad i den udendørs pavillon hele ugen. TV er også fremragende i form af 55" og et sandt, hav af programmer.
