House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1979. 3.9 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Rømø

Large bathing resort with 600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 70 km south from Esbjerg. In the resort: 1 - 10 km: grocery, butchery, bakery, restaurant, museum. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Naturcenter Tønnisgård, Kids' club Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, Rømø Sommerland.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir waren mit 2 Personen für 6 Tage dort.Die Lage ist ruhig mit schönem Ausblick in ein Kiefernwäldchen. Für Hundebesitzer ist der Hundewald fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Haus wurde im vergangenen Jahr teilrenoviert. Die Betten sind neu und mit guten Matratzen/Topper ausgestattet. Allerdings stehen alle Betten an einer Wand , sodass bei Nutzung durch 2 Personen, eine immer über das Bett krabbeln muss. Für Senioren nicht optimal.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet- eine Mikrowelle und eine Thermoskanne hätten wir uns noch gewünscht.Das Bad ist auch in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionstüchtig.Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Auf der Terasse kann man sich auf den Matratzen des Palettenlagers wunderbar entspannen. Der Mietvertrag müsste noch aktualisiert werden. Dort steht, dass das Holz kostenlos ist. Der Vermieter möchte aber 7 Euro pro Korb haben. Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt und kommen sicherlich noch 1x wieder. Es wäre schön, wenn die Vormieter besser reinigen und aufräumen würden. Essen im Gefrier, Decken voller Hundehaare…

Danke für den gute Benotung. Das Haus wird mehr oder weniger durch renoviert. Die 3 Schlafzimmern sind 100% neu, Anstrich, Die Betten, Bett Zeug, Fußboden – alles. Im Herbst 2021 haben wir neue Türen und fenstern eingesetzt. Neuer Kamin ist auch dazu gekommen. Wir benutzen es selbst und legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit, wir bemühen uns um eine gute ambiente zu schaffen.

Sehr ruhige und entspannte Umgebung. Haus bietet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Vieles neu vorhanden und ergänzt. Waren sehr zufrieden.
