Single-family house, built in 1990. 3.3 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'600 m2. Terrace (50 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Rømø

Large bathing resort with 600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 70 km south from Esbjerg. In the resort: 1 - 10 km: grocery, butchery, bakery, restaurant, museum. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Naturcenter Tønnisgård, Kids' club Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, Rømø Sommerland.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche auf Römö. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Grundsätzlich perfekt! Wir haben das Haus wegen der geschlossenen Terasse und dem Fliesenboden gewählt, da wir Hunde haben. Allerdings muss man sich deshalb wirklich überlegen, ob man den Whirlpool überhaupt möchte, denn der verbraucht ja selbst für die Grundfunktionen schon viel Strom. Herd und Fernseher lassen sich nicht wie gewohnt bedienen, wahrscheinlich wurde die Fernbedienung mal ersetzt, und der Einbauherd besteht aus zwei unterschiedlichen Geräten. Es funktioniert alles, reagiert aber sehr verzögert. Davon darf man sich nicht irritieren lassen und weitere Knöpfe ausprobieren, sonst trübt das schnell die Urlaubsstimmung.

Das Haus ist schön, aber eher zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist prima, die Terrasse sehr schön. Preis in Ordnung. Neue Sofas wären jedoch schön, sind sehr unbequem. Wir hatten aber gutes Wetter und haben deshalb fast nur die Terrasse genutzt. In knapp 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand, 2 Lebensmittelgeschäft und Bäcker ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Beide Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wie immer aller sehr sauber und eine perfekte Abwicklung durch das freundliche Sol og Strand-Personal. Trotz "Vatertag" auf der Insel hatten wir eine ruhige, erholsame Woche.

Falls sie den Whirlpool nicht nutzen wollen sollten sie das bei Ankunft sofort mitteilen,damit dieser abgestellt wird und ihnen keine unnötigen Energiekosten entstehen.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen in Kongsmark, dort ist es ruhig, die Umgebung toll zum Spazierengehen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden gewesen was man üblicherweise im Urlaub braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die geschlossene Terasse war sehr schön zum Sitzen. Der Fernseher wollte erst nicht so, wie wir wollten, Sonne und Strand war aber schnell vor Ort und hat sich toll gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür ! Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und sind ungern wieder nach Hause gefahren.
