House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1990. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'206 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (42 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Rømø

Large bathing resort with 600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 70 km south from Esbjerg. In the resort: 1 - 10 km: grocery, butchery, bakery, restaurant, museum. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Naturcenter Tønnisgård, Kids' club Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, Rømø Sommerland.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Nettes Haus, allerdings hätten wir uns gefreut, wenn in der Beschreibung oder bei den Fotos die Treppe erwähnt worden wäre; diese ist weder gut für Senioren noch für Kinder geeignet, selbst trittsichere Jugendliche/Erwachsene müssen aufgrund der Steilheit und der 'halben' Stufen aufpassen. 2 der Schlafzimmer sind aufgrund der Dachschräge trotz 2 Betten pro Zimmer am Besten nur einzeln zu belegen. Betten an sich sind aber sehr gut!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt. Tolle ruhige Lage. Nicht weit zu Fuß an den Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Einzig wegen der hohen Stromkosten wäre eine Umstellung auf LED wünschenswert.

das Haus insgesamt ist in Ordnung. Die Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wasserdruck und die Armatur können verbessert werden. Schön wäre z.B. auch ein Sonnenschirm gewesen. Warum im Obergeschoss dieser große Schreibtisch steht und jede Menge Platz wegnimmt, kann man verbessern. Ansonsten schöne große Tische und ein gutes Umfeld, man kann viel spielen, jedoch sollte die defekte 2. Schaukel ersetzt werden.

Hallo, Und schon sind 2 Wochen Urlaub wieder vorbei. Da wir die meiste Zeit schönes Wetter hatten,haben wir auch oft Zeit beim baden und spazieren an den schönen Stränden verbracht. Das Haus ist groß und funktionell eingerichtet. Ein paar kleine Mängel haben wir an Sol og Strand per Abrechnung mitgeteilt. Auch die Außenanlage ist schön groß und bietet jede Menge Platz für Autos, Sport und Spiel oder einfach chillen . Der Ausblick auf die Natur-Pur mit imposanter Vogelwelt ist inclusiv. Insgesamt waren wir ganz zufrieden und würden dieses Haus auch weiterempfehlen. LG von Hanni, Peter und Laura und Hündchen Annie
