Location Description Rømø

Large bathing resort with 600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 70 km south from Esbjerg. In the resort: 1 - 10 km: grocery, butchery, bakery, restaurant, museum. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Naturcenter Tønnisgård, Kids' club Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, Rømø Sommerland.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir waren vor acht Jahren das letzte Mal hier und mussten feststellen, dass die Anlage ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dazu wurden wir sehr unfreundlich behandelt, als es um die Bemerkung, dass Urin in der Babywanne/im Wickeltisch bei der letzten Reinigung vergessen wurde - die Toilette stank erbärmlich. Auch das kennen wir so nicht. Die Räume mit den Tischtennis und Billardtischen schloß schon um 20 Uhr, eine längere Öffnungszeit wäre für unsere Tennies wünschenswert gewesen. Leider kamen bei den Billardtischen nicht alle Kugeln raus. Alles in allem sind wir dankbar für die Zeit, die wir früher hier hatten. Heute würden wir nicht noch einmal wiederkommen - auch unsere Freunde, die ein anderes Haus hatten waren von dem Zustand sehr enttäuscht und über den Geruch nicht erfreut. Auch sie hatten sich, nach unserer Beschreibung, etwas besseres vorgestellt. Schade!

Vi havde en dejlig ferie og huset er godt indrettet. Ikke nyt, men hyggeligt og for ganske få midler, kan det laves behageligt også f.eks. årligt indkøb af hynder til stole i køkken og udenfor, en parasol og 1 ny sofa ovenpå i stedet for nappaen, som efter brug er over det hele🤔😉

Fühlten uns in Ferienhaus mit für uns völlig ausreichender Ausstattung wohl. Sonnenschirmständer war vorhanden, Sonnenschirm oder einen Grill konnten wir nicht finden. Wer im Urlaub Wäsche waschen möchte, kann dazu auf die im Feriencenter verfügbaren Waschmaschinen zurückgreifen, deren Verfügbarkeit natürlich auch von der Nutzung durch andere Feriengäste abhängt. Unser Ferienhaus war direkt an einem Kinderspielplatz gelegen (Kinder können auch von der Terrasse aus im Blick behalten werden. Haus liegt nahe der Einfahrt des Ferienparks, somit kurzer Weg zum Feriencenter mit Waschsalon, Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum und Tischtennisplatten. Würden das Haus bei Verfügbarkeit wieder buchen.

God ferie, med super vejr. Fin parasolfod, men ingen parasol. Det tog utrolig lang tid inden der kom varmt vand til bad og køkken.

Dies ist ein Standardhaus, der großen 86 m² Kategorie, d.h. man findet 6 echte Betten davon ein Doppelbett im Erdgeschsoss und 2 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten im OG. Insgesamt gut ausgestattet. + guter Preis + 2. Pfanne, viele Gläser und viel Besteck (bei anderen Häusern waren es oft nur 6 Sätze, so dass die Spülmaschine häufiger lief) + Bänke vor dem Haus und hinten. + ein paar Spiele sind vorhanden - keine Mikrowelle - kein Grill - nur 1 Schlüssel! ist ein echter Nachteil mit mehreren Personen - Betten sind (wie in fast allen Häusern) etwas klein 80 - 200. und auf der Matratze liegt noch eine Übermatratze und darauf ein Schonbezug, so dass nachts leicht alles verrutscht und man es dann wieder ordnen muss Insgesamt in einem guten Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sympathische Begrüßung mit Kaffee und Keksen :-)
