Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (DSL/LAN WiFi). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only. 550-12362

House/Residence

Resort, built in 1987. 2.3 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property, indoor pool. Grocery 1.1 km. Golf course 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Rømø

Large bathing resort with 600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 70 km south from Esbjerg. In the resort: 1 - 10 km: grocery, butchery, bakery, restaurant, museum. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Naturcenter Tønnisgård, Kids' club Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, Rømø Sommerland.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus mit guter und verhältnismässig hochwertiger Ausstattung. Küche war relativ neu und hübsch mit Induktionsherd und grossem Kühl-, Gefrierschrank. Letzteren haben wir nicht gebraucht, konnten ihn aber auch nicht ausstellen, da Handbuch nicht gefunden. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wären gerne länger geblieben und würden das Haus auch nochmals mieten. Einzig die Toilettenbrille war für die Toilette unpassend. Reinigungszustand des Hauses war bei Übernahme nicht perfekt (z.B. Kaffeespuren in Kaffee- und Thermoskanne, klebriger Handlauf bei Treppe) aber verhältnismässig gut. Haus verfügt auch über Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, grossen Gartengrill, die haben wir aber alle nicht genutzt. Ansonsten: waren bereits 14 Mal in diesem Ferienpark, es gefällt uns also. Tipps für Ausflüge: Ribe, Mandö, Fanö, Sylt, Flensburg, Esbjerg, Blavand, Henne Strand, allerdings z.T. längere Anfahrtzeiten erforderlich. Die letzten Male hatten wir über Sonne und Strand angemietet. Die gesetzte Frist für die Überweisung war mit einem Tag zu kurz angesetzt, zumal noch ein Monat bis zum Reiseantritt zur Verfügung stand.

Sport- oder Joggerfans können sich über eine wunderschöne Strecke im Wald erfreuen, Reitfans haben auf der ganzen Insel die Möglichkeit einen Ausritt zu buchen, der Hafen bietet die Möglichkeit für einen Ausflug nach Sylt, und die Anlage ist einfach super für Familien!

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. (Sogar Mixer, Mikrowelle, scharfe Messer sind vorhanden) Das Wohnzimmer hat ein gemütliches Sofa und die Schlafzimmer sind auch mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Es ist auch ein Grill im Haus vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da sie direkten Zugang/Blick zum Spielplatz bietet. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte sich jedoch lieber ein Ferienhaus mit einer anderen Lage suchen. Der Spielplatz ist bei den Kids sehr beliebt. Wir fanden es aber super praktisch! In der aktuellen Corona-Situation, wird für den Besuch im Schwimmbad ein negative COVIDtest oder entsprechender Impfstatus benötigt. Der Besuch ist auf 1 Stunde begrenzt und muss vorab gebucht werden. Das Fitnessstudio hat leider nicht geöffnet. Aber damit hatten wir zur aktuellen Situation gerechnet und uns entsprechend Equipment mitgenommen. Das Ferienhaus und die Anlage empfehlen wir bedenkenlos weiter und kommen sicher wieder!
