Single-family house, built in 2023. 250 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2, indoor pool. Outdoor shower, terrace (135 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 100 m. Golf course 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ringkøbing

Medieval town with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Naturkraft activities & experience, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bei Ankunft war es schön vorgeheitzt und wir sind froh, das die Energiekosten bereits im Preis inbegriffen waren. Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohn/Esszimmer sind optimal für größere Familien. Die Lage ist optimal, Strand und Städtchen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betreunung/ Service vor Ort durch Sol og Strand war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten sehr schöne Weihnachtstage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 5 min. bis zum Strand und 5 min. zum Shoppen. Die Aufteilung des Hauses sowie der Pool ist sehr gut. Die Auffahrt bzw. Abfahrt zum Haus ist nicht so vorteilhaft für jedes Auto. Da sollte der Besitzer etwas ändern.

fantastisk beliggenhed i Søndervig, 150 m. til indkøb og 200 meter til stranden. huset er super godt indrettet, med plads og rum til alle. stor lukket terrasse en del er overdækket. Gode senge og møbler, her er kvalitet hele vejen igennem. Akustikken i huset er super god. Man føler sig kort sagt super godt tilpas i huset. Rengørings tilstand ved indflytning var i top iorden.

Søndervig ist ein reiner Touri-Ort inkl. einem Paulaner. Muss man mögen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Perfektes Haus, super Strand.

Ein rundum schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen mit allem was zum täglichen Leben gebraucht wird. Wenn unsere Feriengruppe überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln hätte, wären dies die Bettdecken und Kissen, da diese Daunen waren, was zu Allergien führte und hygienisch evtl. auch nicht 100% optimal. Des Weiteren schloss der Kühlschrank nicht von alleine und es fehlte ein Pfropf zum abwaschen. Der Grill war recht dreckig. Aber das waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten die wir bemerkten. Wir würden wiederkommen :)

Thank you for the input - very much appreciated. We have now bought an extra set of 'grill rister' for the BBQ. Normally it is the responsibility of the last guests to clean the bbq after last use.

Haus: MEGA!!! Kamingas war leider leer und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht getauscht 😢. Ort: Lebhaft/schön. Strand: Super, Bunker: Superinteressant. Finger weg vom Lalandia Hallenbad.
