Single-family house, built in 2006. 300 m from the sea. Private: property 2'500 m2. Terrace (60 m2), children's playground. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ringkøbing

Medieval town with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Naturkraft activities & experience, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Das Haus ist toll gelegen, nah am Strand und mit allem was man im Urlaub so braucht. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich etwa 350 Meter vom Sandstrand in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und hat an Küchenutensilien soweit alles was man benötigen könnte.

Sehr angenehm geschnittene Räume, brauchbar ausgestattet, in einem guten Zustand. Einzig in der Küche war die Mechanik von zwei Schränken nicht mehr vorhanden, welche die Türen aufgeklappt halten sollte. Möbel, Deko und Gartenausstattung ist gut und umfangreich, die breite Terrasse zwischen Haus und Schuppen erlaubt zu fast jeder Tageszeit ein Schattenplätzchen. Fußbodenheizung in den Bädern und im Eingangsbereich zusammen mit einer Wärmepumpe im Wohnbereich erlaubt, auf die klassischen Elektroheizkörper fast komplett zu verzichten. Die ausgehängten Wegekarten "sti til stranden" zeigen einen sehr kurzen, einfachen Weg zum Strand.

Das Haus ist besonders geeignet für einen Urlaub mit einer weiteren Familie. Wir waren als Großeltern mit 2 Enkeln und Eltern dort. Die Aufteilung der Räumer ist perfekt.
