Single-family house, built in 1972. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'996 m2. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. Golf course 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ringkøbing

Medieval town with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Naturkraft activities & experience, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Het huis is een prima woning, ideaal gelegen op minder dan 10 min lopen van zee. In Søndervig zijn alle zaken die je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt te krijgen. De binnenzee is een paradijs voor (kite)surfers. Leuke plekken in de omgeving om te bezoeken.

Ein niedliches Haus, gut renoviert und wirklich toll gelegen. Gern hätte ich noch mehr positives geschrieben. Allerdings sind wir nicht so begeistert wie unsere Vorgänger: 1. Die Betten sind in allen Zimmern sehr schmal und kurz. Als Mann mit einer Größe von über 1,90m passe ich von der Länge gerade so hinein, allerdings weiß ich nicht, wohin mit meinen Armen: entweder fällt ein Arm raus oder ich donnere ungewollt im Schlaf gegen die Wand. 2. Ebenfalls negativ ist das Sofa, es ist dermaßen verdreckt wie ich es noch nicht erlebt habe, Schmutzabrieb an den Kanten und mutmaßliche Feuchtigkeitsflecken auf den Sitzkissen. Besser nicht genau hinsehen und nicht weiter drüber nachdenken. 3. Auch der Kamin trübt das Erlebnis: in 20 Jahren Dänemarkurlaub hatte ich noch nie einen Kamin, der so schlecht zieht und bei ungünstigem Wind den Qualm ins Haus drückt. 4. Dass ich bei Ankunft im Bad zunächst beeindruckend viel schwarzen Schimmel vom Boden der Dusche und aus der Ecke wegbürsten durfte, ist mir ebenfalls ein Novum.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus! Sehr gut ausgestattet, großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich, liebevoll eingerichtet, genügend Abstand zu den Nachbarhäusern und nur wenige Minuten zum langen Sandstrand. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas hellhörig, dafür sitzt es sich auf den beiden Terrassen wunderbar. Zu Fuß/ mit dem Rad nach Sondervig sind es 1,7 km gemütlich zwischen den Dünen und hübschen Häusern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Smukt indrettet hus. Vaskemaskine og rengøringsartikler er anbragt i rum med adgang udenfor huset, den udleverede nøgle passer til hængelåsen! Det opdagede vi få timer før vi forlod huset! Huset kan varmt anbefales.
