Single-family house, built in 1950. 750 m from the sea. Private: property 327'000 m2. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Grocery 1.5 km.

Location Description Hvide Sande

Busy fishing village and bathing resort with 3'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 23 km south-west from Ringkøbing. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Lyngvik Lighthouse 5 km, Kids' club Ald'i'leg.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2 km from the resort. Surfing, water skiing. Minigolf. Riding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Jedoch waren wir schnell enttäuscht, nachdem wir das Haus betreten haben. Der Eingang ist in der Küche, der Fußboden aus Backsteinen erinnert eher an eine Bahnhofshalle. Der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig und wurde mit einem umgeknickten Flaschenöffner, der über dem Kühlschrank angeschraubt wurde, verriegelt. Seitlich vom Kühlschrank und an diesem wurden Haken angebracht, die man dann noch mit einem Gummiband verbinden muss, damit der Kühlschrank richtig schließt. Sehr umständlich. Die Gefrierfächer unter dem Kühlschrank waren so vereist, dass man nur eines davon nutzen konnte. Das Problem mit der Kühl-Gefrierproblematik wurde schon im August 2022 beschrieben und nicht behoben! Das Haus ist kalt, es zieht überall durch die Fenster und in einem der Zimmer kam beim Fenster der Regen durch. Im EG befindet sich die Bahnhofshalle (Küche), ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett und das Bad. Das Bad ist super, mit Fußbodenheizung. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist nicht sehr hoch. Von der Küche aus geht eine Treppe nach oben in das Wohnzimmer. Daher ist das Haus nicht unbedingt für Hunde geeignet, die keine Treppe gehen können. Außen führt nochmal eine Treppe direkt in das Wohnzimmer im OG. Oben sind 2 weitere Schlafzimmer. Die Matratzen, Kopfkissen und Bettdecken waren nicht sauber. Wir fahren seit Jahrzehnten nach Dänemark in den Urlaub, aber sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Nicht falsch verstehen: Sonne und Strand als Firma kann nichts für diese Probleme und ist super nett, freundlich und sofort ist jemand da, wenn etwas ist. Der Besitzer sollte mal etwas für die Instandhaltung des Hauses tun, das sonst sicher auseinander fällt. Dieses Haus mieten wird ganz sicher nicht noch einmal.

Das Haus und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft, um einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen zu können. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, wo wir sehr schnell und unkompliziert bedient wurden. Danke, daß wir diesen Urlaub erleben dürften!!
