Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC, hydro massage bath. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1994. 900 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'300 m2. Terrace (20 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hvide Sande

Busy fishing village and bathing resort with 3'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 23 km south-west from Ringkøbing. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Lyngvik Lighthouse 5 km, Kids' club Ald'i'leg.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2 km from the resort. Surfing, water skiing. Minigolf. Riding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre geko...

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und leider sieht man das auf den Bildern nicht. Es gibt eine Sandkiste aber leider ohne Sand. Unsauber und viele Gläser waren angestoßen. Sofa ist durch gesessen.

Das Haus hat Potential zu mehr, ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenstattung müsste erneuert und ergänzt werden. Die Dusche sollte dringenst erneuert werden. Die aussen Sitzmöglichkeiten sind schön sowohl vor und hinter dem Haus. Es fehlt ein Sonnenschutz auf der hinteren Terrasse.

Wie immer war es sehr schön in Dänemark. Das Haus liegt gut und verfügt über ein großes freies Grundstück, das zum Spielen einlädt. Das Haus selber bräuchte allerdings schon etwas mehr Zuwendung. Anstriche wären außen nötig. Ein Fensterriegel hängt lose am morschen Holz. Eine Matratze läßt ist seitlich offen. Der Teppichboden ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ebenfalls. Alle Badematten und Vorleger haben wir beim Hausbezug an die Seite und beim Auszug wieder an Ort und Stelle zurück gelegt. Es gibt gute aber auch alte Gartenstühle, wobei einer einfach zusammen brach. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und für 8 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Würde das Haus etwas mehr „Liebe“ erfahren, wäre es sicherlich eine Empfehlung. In dem aktuellen Zustand sind 3 Sterne eine gute Bewertung. Übrigens: die Mitarbeiter von Sonne und Strand sind sehr nett, freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das empfand ich positiv.

Lieber nicht.... Das Haus hat schöne Fotos die doch sehr sehr Schmeichelhaft sind. Die Löcher im Teppich und die doch ecklige Decken Abluft im kleinen Klo konnten wir übersehen. Doof war nur, das die Heizung im kleinen Klo keine Funktion hatte und es immer kalt war. Die Heizung im ganzen Haus besteht aus kleinen Elektroheizungen, da wird die Stromabrechnung wird bei den aktuellen Preisen ein Abenteuer. Dumm war nur das auch im großen Badezimmer die Heizung auch keine Funktion hatte. Vorsicht beim öffnen und des Kamins, die Tür ist defekt und hängt. Aber mit etwas Geduld klappt es denn doch. Die beiden Kinderzimmer sind winzig und wirklich nur für die Nacht für kleine Kinder geeignet. Das Haus ist eher sehr klein und für 8 Erwachsene auf keinen Fall geeignet. Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und ein schönes neues Haus buchen.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Der Vermieter hat sich immer sofort gekümmert, wenn etwa fehlte oder kaputt ging. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!
