House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 2003. 850 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'357 m2. Terrace (60 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hvide Sande

Busy fishing village and bathing resort with 3'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 23 km south-west from Ringkøbing. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Lyngvik Lighthouse 5 km, Kids' club Ald'i'leg.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2 km from the resort. Surfing, water skiing. Minigolf. Riding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Tolles Haus in einer super Lage. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht wirklich vorhanden. Spinnweben und Dreck in alles Ecken und an den Wänden und der Duschvorhang ist leider auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Aber nichts was man beheben könnten. Würden das Haus aber trotzdem wieder buchen.

Das Highlight dieses Hauses ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse gen Westen. Da das Haus am Rande des Ferienhausgebietes ist, hat man freie Sicht auf die Dünen und den Sonnenuntergang, den man bei gutem Wetter allabendlich genießen kann. Die technische Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, einer guten Spülmaschine, einem guten Ofen mit Induktionsherd und einem guten Spülschrank. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher sind minderwertiger Qualität; ebenso auch einige Besteckteile. Kleine Löffel sind nicht ausreichend vorhanden. An den Fenstern und an den Toilettentöpfen gibt es leichten Schimmelbefall. Die Internetverbindung bricht häufig ab, da der Router älteren Datums ist und auch nicht ausreichend datengeschützt ist; deshalb empfehlen wir die Verwendung eines VPN-Tunnels. Die Sauna ist gut und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Die zweite Toilette ist (wegen Waschmaschine und Trockner) sehr eng und bietet lediglich eine Ausweichmöglichkeit. Die Liegen und die Liegeauflagen sind sehr gut, die Stuhlauflagen noch ausreichend und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnzimmergarnitur ist okay, aber etwas durchgesessen und für Rückenschmerzgeplagte weniger zu empfehlen. Trotz dieser leichteren Mängel empfehlen wir das Haus sehr, weil es einfach eine einmalige Lage hat, sichtgeschützt ist und atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge erleben lässt.
