Single-family house, built in 1977. 24 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 900 m2. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Højer

Small, picturesque village with 1'150 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 3 km from the sea, 12 km west from Tønder, 77 km south-east from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, butchery, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna at 15 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 15 km. Sights Højer Mølle 500 m, Højer slussen 3 km, Ribe VikingeCenter 45 km, Kids' club Legoland 115 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Lakolk, Rømø 40 km. Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Sandy beach, 10 m long, up to 900 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 40 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Tønder 20 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Huset fremstår meget slidt og meget dårlig stand. Der mangler termostater på mange radiator og farlige el installationer. Hvepse bo i vægen ud mod gangen. Godt opdelt med sengeafdeling i den ene ende af huset. Og plads til 8 Pers, Uden man føler sig klemt

Das Haus war sehr schmutzig, es regnete herein, die Fenster klemmten, die Mikrowelle fehlte, die Außenanlage ist für Kinder nicht geeignet. Sol og Strand wollte alle Mängel beseitigen. Das wäre nur mit sehr viel Stunden, mit Handwerkern im Haus zu bewältigen gewesen. Endreinigung ( 14- 16 Stunden) nach hohem Standard, die von Sol og Strand selbst nicht eingehalten wurden ( z. B. Dunstabzugshaube mit Fettresten und Fenster nicht geputzt). Wir fahren seit 30 Jahren nach Dänemark, so ein schlechtes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Außerdem suggerieren die Werbefotos eine etwas einsamere Lage, tatsächlich liegt das Haus inmitten eines Wohngebietes. Ich verstehe nicht, dass diese Häuser nicht herausgenommen werden. Kein zukünftiger Kunde mehr von Sol og Strand. Wir haben wieder bei Novasol gebucht für 2024

hej. først det positive: huset var fint rengjort. og så det negative: ingen brandalarmer. regner ned i stuen. lille toilet: intet koldt vand i håndvasken og afløbsventilen i håndvasken virker ikke. terrassedør kan ikke lukkes ordentligt. 2 indvendige døre binder. 2 pærer i store badeværelse + 1 i gangen virker ikke. toiletsæde i store badeværelse sidder meget løst. bemærkning: lyset i udhus/garage var tændt under hele vores ophold, hvem betaler for strømmen der?
