Location Description Harboøre

Small, quiet resort with 1'500 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region 5 km from the sea, 65 km north from Ringkøbing. In Lemvig 10 - 15 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 10 - 15 km. Besides: pharmacy 15 km, doctor 15 km. Sights JyllandsAkvariet 12 km, Jesperhus Blomsterpark 70 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Vrist 5 km. Sandy beach, 5 km long, gently sloping, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Surfing. Summer sports 1 - 15 km. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die Bilder sind aktuell. Der Sessel ist nun ein anderer. Alle Möbel gepflegt, nicht abgenutzt und intakt. Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Ofen hat pflegeleicht wunderbar funktioniert. TV in deutsch über Satellit. Internetzugang stabil und leistungstark. Die Eigentümer haben an einen Chromecast gedacht. Wer das Gerät kennt, weiß die Präsenz im Haus zu schätzen. Wasser war heiß genug, Dusche sehr gepflegt. Haus ist für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gedacht. Ich finde es für sechs Personen etwas eng. Für zwei bis vier Personen aber absolut zu empfehlen. Gartenmöbel haben wir witterungsbedingt nicht genutzt. Sahen aber gepflegt und zahlreich aus. Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß direkt möglich. Blick aus dem Haus ist auf den See/Fjord. Sehr still und abgelegen. Grundstück ist groß, aber es fehlen Hecken und daher recht gut einsehbar. Geografisch sehr abgelegen. Man hat seine Ruhe. Lichtverschmutzung in der Nacht kaum zu sehen. Ohne Auto ist man hier in der Nebensaison etwas aufgeschmissen. Es ist eine sehr abgelegene Gegend mit wenig Tourismus in Dänemark. Dem muss man sich bewusst sein. Alles in allem ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Es liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine waren neu. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung. Der Weg zum Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, so dass wir am Abend noch schöne Stensapziergänge machen konnten.
