Single-family house, built in 1966. 2 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'113 m2. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km.

Location Description Fanø

Large, well-known bathing resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 10 km west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Legeland Indoor playground 2 km, Skovlegeplads Forest playground 9 km, nature reserve. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Esbjerg 5 km. Car ferry Nordby Fanø - Esbjerg 10 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 15 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Comfortable, cosy, clean, good layout - an excellent house. The only disadvantage is the lack of a dishwasher, but otherwise it is perfect.

Ein Ferienhaus von der älteren Art, was das Ganze zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. Wirklich sehr zufrieden sind wir Heim gefahren, wundervoll erholt, so wie es sein soll. Schade ist es dass der Preis so stark angehoben werden wird, „ nur weil die Wände geweißt wurden und Internet verlegt wurde“, was uns jetzt natürlich gefreut hatte, weil wir noch „ zum alten Preis“ gebucht hatten. Die Preiserhöhung halten wir für unangemessen, wenn nicht noch weitere Verbesserungen erfolgen, wie z.B. neue Betten, neue Kopfkissen/Bettdecken, oder auch ein Geschirrspüler. Für uns, die wir das große Glück hatten zum schmalen Preis ein wirklich hyggeliges Ferienhaus mit gewissen Einschränkungen zu bekommen, war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis grandios! Aber ob wir es zu einem deutlich höheren Preis nächstes Jahr zur selben Zeit in diesem Zustand buchen, das ist noch ungewiss… Fazit: Tolles Haus mit einem gewissen Charme, den man mögen muss,… wunderbare Lage, Zwei eingezäunte Terrassen, was sehr hundefreundlich ist,…der Kamin hatte uns auch einen Tag gute Dienste geleistet,… es war wundervoll!

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus, es ist alles vorhanden , was benötigst wird. Da wir sehr groß sind, waren die Betten für uns etwas schmal, bzw. einer hatte ein breites Bett und der zweite ein ganz schmales.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. In dem Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden um eine gute Zeit zu haben. Wir haben nicht die volle Punktzahl gegeben weil, im Bad die Dusche sehr einfach ist.

Rigtigt dejligt gammelt , delvist renoveret sommerhus. Skøn beliggenhed med fred og ro. Undrede os over at varmepumpen var tapet til så man ikke kunne bruge den? I stykker? Det “grønne” værelse bar desværre meget præg af fugt , så hvad vi havde haft stående/ liggende i rummet måtte desværre smides ud/ vaskes talrige gange for at få mug lugten ud.( tøj håndklæder.
