House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1986. 1 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'087 m2. Terrace (90 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 800 m. Golf course 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Fanø

Large, well-known bathing resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 10 km west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Legeland Indoor playground 2 km, Skovlegeplads Forest playground 9 km, nature reserve. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Esbjerg 5 km. Car ferry Nordby Fanø - Esbjerg 10 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 15 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

ruhige Lage - Fasane und Rehe sind direkt auf der Terasse zu beobachten Ausstattung für 6-8 Schlafplätze dürftig, nur 2 Doppelbetten anstatt der in der Beschreibung aufgezählten 3 Doppelbetten vorhanden Räume bei Ankunft staubig, insbesondere unter den Betten, viele Spinnweben an den Holzwänden Service super, als die Spülung streikte. Schlammsauger war innerhalb von 30 Minuten vor Ort keine Heizung im Badezimmer ranzige und z.T. defekte Gartenmöbel, marodes Spielgerät für die Kinder im Garten insgesamt ist der Preis recht hoch für das kleine, wenig gepflegte Haus

Seit 30 Jahren buchen wir Häuser auf Fanö.Bei Sonne+Strand das 1.Mal und auch das Letzte mal.Wer so ein Haus mit 4Sterne bewertet,hat die Kundenbindung nicht ver standen.Der Kamin ist ein Pelletofen,der mit ein Schloß gesichert ist.Nicht nutzbar, somit nicht vorhanden.Die Solarheizung geht nur bei direkter Sonnenbestrahlung (Max.2Std) und hat eine Heizleistung einer Wunderkerze .Fusbodenheizung nur im Bad.Keine Kaffemaschine,kein Toster 1Bratfanne (4Sterne?)Küchentisch an 2 Stellen gebrochen,1Schublade komplett zerbrochen.Der Grill verrostet und verdreckt,nicht zu gebrauchen.Auflagen für Liegen sind im Schuppen und verschimmelt.Sonnenschirm ja,Fuß nein.Aufgrund der Div.Mängel ist der Preis und die Anzahl der Sterne(4)nicht gerechtfertigt. Das ist meine 1 Bewertung Seit 30 Jahren.

Super dejligt og hyggeligt hus med mange sovepladser og et stort anneks. Dejligt der er tænkt på praktiske ting som pusleplads, ekstra klapstole, dejligt stor skur med mulighed for opbevaring af barnevogn og flere tørresnore udenfor. Vi havde en skøn ferie og kommer gerne igen!

Eigentlich ein recht schönes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, das aber - für 8 Personen ausgelegt - doch recht klein ist (trotz des Annex) und im Außenbereich recht ungepflegt erschien! Leider verfügt es nicht über ausreichende Ausstattung (z. B. In der Küche: lediglich eine Pfanne und ein großer Topf, ein Backblech, nur wenige kleine Teller und eine recht kleine Spülmaschine). Leider gab es auch keinen Wäscheständer und nur wenig Terrassenmobiliar (nur 3 Stühle)! Die angegebenen 24 Quadratmeter überdachter Terrasse erscheinen mir auch übertrieben - ein windgeschützter Platz draußen ließ sich kaum finden. Der im Katalog angepriesene Hottub erwies sich als nicht nutzbar (da beim Versuch ihn zu befüllen, fast mehr Wasser herauslief als hinein) - eine große Enttäuschung!!! Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Häusern, die ich auf Fanø bereits in den vergangenen 15 Jahren kennengelernt habe, muss ich sagen: Das Haus war sein Geld letztlich nicht wert!!!

Fantastisk mini ferie på Fanø. Lækker strand meget tæt på, skønt natur område med massere af vilde dyr i baghaven 🤩 Sommerhuset var skønt.
