Single-family house, built in 1942. 150 m from the sea. Private: property 1'700 m2. Terrace (62 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Fanø

Large, well-known bathing resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 10 km west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Legeland Indoor playground 2 km, Skovlegeplads Forest playground 9 km, nature reserve. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Esbjerg 5 km. Car ferry Nordby Fanø - Esbjerg 10 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 15 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage. Besonders schön ist, dass es nicht 0815 möbliert ist, sondern sehr liebe- und stilvoll. Der Meerblick aus dem Obergeschoss ist die Kirsche auf der Torte. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen

…wir sind leider etwas enttäuscht! Das Haus war offensichtlich längere Zeit unbenutzt und daher eisig kalt. Die ersten hundert Euro haben wir sicherlich für das Aufwärmen des Hauses verbraucht. Rund 300 Euro mussten wir für eine Woche Heizung aufwenden. Leider haben wir die viel gepriesene dänische Gastfreundschaft vermisst. Wir mieten jedes Jahr mehrfach Ferienhäuser in Europa, aber der Service ist in Dänemark mit Abstand am schlechtesten. Fanö als Insel ist aber trotzdem eine Reise wert!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ist der Lichtschalter für die Beleuchtung der Treppe unten an der Treppe, sodass man schon früh das Licht einschalten muss, weil man sonst im Dunkeln die Treppe herunter gehen muss.

Das Haus ist super, auch für schlechteres Wetter. Der Blick in den Sonnenuntergang ist sagenhaft. Empfehlenswert finden wir in der Umgebung den „Kunstladen", in Nordby das Café von Haven Fanø und den Blumen- und Pflanzenladen Fanø Blomster

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer super Lage mit tollem Meerblick aus der oberen Etage! Das Haus hat eine sehr individuelle und umfangreiche Ausstattung, die eine tolle Mischung aus alt und neu darstellt, so dass man sich im Haus sehr wohl fühlen kann. Klasse ist eigentlich auch die Sauna im Nebengebäude, die aber wohl in letzter Zeit etwas vernachlässigt wurde. Sehr zu empfehlen für zwei bis drei Paare oder eine Familie!
