Single-family house, built in 1982. 100 m from the sea. Private: property 1'432 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (100 m2), fireplace. In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km. Golf course 6.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Fanø

Large, well-known bathing resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 10 km west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Legeland Indoor playground 2 km, Skovlegeplads Forest playground 9 km, nature reserve. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Esbjerg 5 km. Car ferry Nordby Fanø - Esbjerg 10 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 15 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum! Wenn wir könnten würden wir es kaufen und nach Fanø ziehen! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Osterwoche in diesem „persönlichen“ Ferienhaus. „Persönlich“, weil perfekte, sinnvolle, nützliche geschmackvolle und teils auch private Dinge uns ein echtes hygge Zuhause Gefühl gegeben haben. Wir haben die perfekt ausgestattete Küche zwar nur zum Frühstück benutzt, aber wir hätten locker für 8 Personen ein påske Dinner zubereiten können. Toller Kaminofen, super Sauna, sogar eine heisse Aussendusche. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders die zwei Wohnzimmer sind purer Luxus: Partystimmung und Handarbeiten oder lesen, ging zeitgleich, spielen, chillen alles möglich. Die Lage, direkt am Strand ist ideal für Spaziergänge und spontane Ausflüge ans Meer. Die cleveren, windgeschützten Terrassen sind für JEDES Wetter und jede Gelegenheit perfekt. Schon schön zu erleben, wie in einem Haus für alle familiären Bedarfe (Baby, Kleinkind, Jugendliche, Eltern und Großeltern) stimmige Architektur so clever und gemütlich, konsequent umgesetzt wurde. Charakter und Charme statt Nüchternheit und Kälte moderner Ferienhäuser, so wie sie austauschbar auch in dieser Siedlung entstanden sind.

Perfekt beliggenhed, dejligt hus, næsten hacking. God plads inde og ude. Terrasse trænger snart til renovering.
