Single-family house, built in 2002. 800 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 80 m2. Terrace (20 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Wir waren die letzten 2 Wochen im September 2023 im Haus... das erste mal. Wir hatten es bei der Renovierung schon gesehen und buchten es dann spontan. Wir fanden es sehr sauber und ordentlich an, haben es aber mit Endreinigung gebucht damit nach Abreise auch alles korrekt ist. Im Haus ist alles was man so braucht. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre: die Dusche ist sehr klein und eine Tür wäre praktischer als ein Vorhang. Ansonsten können wir es sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben eine schöne März-Woche in Blavand verbracht. Das Haus hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen mit etwas Potenzial nach oben. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig waren die zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten im unteren Schlafzimmer. Diese schieben sich schnell auseinander, was etwas nervig sein kann. Hier sollte man vielleicht noch eine feststell Option ergänzen. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere der obere Bereich war für unsere Kinder auch sehr nett als eigener Bereich.

Faktisk hus til maks 4 personer. Pænt og velholdt. Stor ros til ejerne af huset. Dog mangler der lige spiseplads til et par gæster, hvilket vil gøre huset perfekt. Der manglede intet og var pænt rengjort. Et hus vi gerne leje huset en anden gang. Skønt område og strand. Et områder med meget liv.

Vælg ikke huset hvis du vil spise morgenmad på en solteresse. Ellers et dejligt hus.
