Single-family house, built in 2000. 1.2 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2. Terrace (100 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Haus und Grundstück sind sehr groß und bieten sehr viel Platz. Auf der Terrasse ist man ungestört und hat tollen Ausblick. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht (vor allem auch in der Küche). Einzig Minus:schwer warm zu bekommen bei Kälte; die Betten sind extrem weich (vor allem das einzig große (180x200) Bett). Im Wohnzimmer ist es für 6 Erwachsene schwer, gemütlich zu sitzen.

Great location and house with space and potential but needs serious cleaning and refreshment. There was a lack of even basic cleaning. Such a pity as this could be a true 5 star home.

Etwas teuer, aber wir lieben dieses Haus und unser Hund auch. Die Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Küchenausstattung. Dennoch fühlen wir uns in diesem Haus immer sehr wohl. Wir mögen kein Haus mit gemähtem Rasen. Es ist sehr gemütlich.
