Single-family house, built in 1965. 250 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'551 m2. Terrace (22 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive the key collection information for your stay, along with your travel documents.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Leider ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen, die Bilder geben nicht alles wieder wie angetroffen. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind in Ordnung, die Schlafzimmer sind kleiner wie auf den Fotos aufgenommen. Das Bad ist allerdings in einem schlechten Zustand, besonders die Dusche. Eine Reklamation ( Reinigung )die Dusche betreffend wurde von Sonne & Strand umgehend behoben.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus,vielen Dank auch für die nette Überraschung auf dem Tisch und den vollen Feuerholzkorb den wir aber nicht genutzt haben weil das Haus durch die Klimaanlage durchgehend warm war. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sylke und Heino

Wer Ruhe sucht und es gern nicht weit bis zum Strand haben will,ist in diesem Haus genau richtig.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage. 250m zum Strand, 300m zum Zentrum, sehr abgeschieden und nicht einsehbar. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig und gut durchdacht. Leider ist das Bad etwas klein und eng. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter und haben dadurch bequeme Sonnenliegen vermisst. Insgesamt ist es ein tolles Haus, das wir für 2023 schon wieder gebucht haben.

Wir hatten dieses Haus bereits zum 3. mal gebucht und waren ob der Ausstattung und dem Service der Eigentümer wieder überrascht: ein voller Korb Feuerholz, eine "süsse" Begrüßung, ein komplett ausgestattetes Haus. Die Lage ist einfach spitze - ruhig und doch zentral. Hier kann man wirklich relaxen.
